Prince William Sound Spectacul-AIR
Heli Flightseeing & Landing Adventure
See the Chugach Range from the air as your helicopter flight takes you over snow capped mountain peaks, through the Knik River valley, up the Knik Glacier in its 26 mile entirety, over into Prince William Sound and back via Colony Glacier. You won’t believe the grandiosity of the sights below you as you take in views of wildlife, glaciers, alpine lakes, towering waterfalls, dramatic icewalls, iceberg filled lakes and steep valley gorges. A grand flightseeing excursion that gives you the ultimate views of some of the best scenery Alaska has to offer. This adventure allows you to choose your landing location: step foot on the exposed ice of the Knik Glacier and trek with your pilot to explore the many facets of the glacial surface (Moulins, blue pools, and deep crevasses), or land high above in the Alaskan alpine and take in large, sweeping sights of glaciers and rocky ridgelines, or choose to land on the shoreline of a massive glacial lake filled with berggie bits and giant floating icebergs.
